These are my go-to ESC's. They are light weight, handle near peak amp loads for long periods very well and have an interference free BEC. I have one of these in my 170 kph Falcon wing and it handles near 50 amps continuous for more than 30 seconds. No failures so far.

The ones I purchased came with the bullet connectors pre-soldered and heatshrinked, and the battery wire soldered on, but no connector fitted so you could solder your own on.

Possibly. BLheli suite has guide about flashing the 40A version. Should be more or less the same. But I can't see the point. This should be used for airplanes more than multirotors and in this case SimonK firmware should be enough.
